Sometimes we make a mistake and deliver an item that doesn’t meet our standards, or the item is missed in the packing process. Our team is always willing to make this right with a credit or redelivery! Here's how our redelivery system works:

Availability: Redeliveries are available:
- Pittsburgh shoppers: Every day of the week
- Philadelphia shoppers: Wednesday and Friday
- Requesting a Redelivery: Contact our support team to request a redelivery using the support form. Let us know your preferred delivery date from the available options.
- Cost: We'll apply a credit to your account to cover both the item being redelivered and any associated delivery fees - there will be no additional charges.
- Additional Items: You're welcome to add extra items to your redelivery order from our available selection if you would like. You will have to pay for the selected items, but won’t be charged any additional delivery fee.
- Scheduling: Our team will set up the new delivery date in the system and confirm once it's arranged. Note: if your next scheduled delivery is within 2-3 days, then we will add the product to the next box, if not, we will add a new delivery for the earliest available date!
