The first time you receive reusable packaging like totes or liners, a $10.00 deposit is added to your order. This helps us keep packaging in circulation and reduce waste.
How do I get my deposit back?
Once you return the reusable packaging, the $10 will be added to your Harvie Balance and automatically applied to your next delivery.
What if I skip a week?
No worries — your deposit credit will stay in your Harvie Balance and apply to your next active order.
Can I return more than one set of packaging at once?
Yes! If you return multiple complete sets at once, we’ll credit $10 for each set, as long as the deposits were originally charged.

How can I verify packaging charges?
