Each week, we'll pre-fill your cart based on your prior purchases and our popular items for the week. You'll receive an email with "Time to shop for groceries" in the subject, letting you know what's in your cart and what the team is most excited about this week. You'll have a few days to edit your cart and make sure you have everything you need to restock your kitchen. If you don't have time to shop, no worries! We're sure you'll enjoy the products we selected for you. When your shopping window closes, you'll be charged for the total in your cart according to your subscription terms, and our team will get to work preparing your delivery. No further changes can be made to your cart after this time.

Browse Products
To start shopping, click on the "Shop Now" button in the email, or log in to your Harvie dashboard and click the "Shop" link in the menu. Once on the page, click the "Cart" icon to see what's in your cart. Browse our products by department using the sidebar (desktop only) or the links in the menu, or use the search field to find products by name. Keep an eye out for sales and new products, indicated by a badge in the top right corner of the product listing.
Click on a product's name or image to view more details about that product, including description and storage information, additional images, and the producer's location and bio. Use the breadcrumbs or the menu to continue browsing departments.
If there are fewer than ten of a product remaining, a "low inventory" alert appears on the listing. Be sure to snag your favorites before they are gone! When an item is sold out, the "Add To Cart" button changes to "Out Of Stock" and is disabled. Availability changes throughout the shopping window as everyone edits their carts, so check back before the window closes to pick up anything you missed.
Search
You can find products by name using the "Search products" field in the header. The field requires at least 3 characters, and matches on any word in the product name for now. More advanced searching and filtering capabilities are coming soon!
If no matching products are found, you'll see a message like this:
Cart
To add products to your cart, click the "Add To Cart" button on either the department page or the details page. The quantity in your cart appears in parentheses on the button. The total number of products in your cart appears on the cart icon. Click on the icon to view the details. To exit your cart and continue shopping, click the "X" icon in the top right, or anywhere on the main page outside of the cart.
The product list in your cart is organized by department to make it easy for you to check off your shopping list. Click on any product name to view its details. Change quantities using the dropdown, or remove anything you don't want this week.
After the list of products, you'll see a summary of the charges for this delivery. The product subtotal is the sum of all the product prices. Your delivery charge appears next, followed by any adjustments to your order. Adjustments may include coupons or discounts, applicable taxes and fees, and any amount paid in advance according to your subscription terms. The sum of these makes up your delivery total. Next, we'll apply any Harvie Balance on your account, from things like gift cards, referrals, and credits for past damaged or missing products. For more details on how Harvie Balance works, see What is Harvie Balance? Finally, you'll see the amount that will be charged to your card on file at the end of your shopping window.
Your Harvie subscription includes a minimum cost per delivery. If your product subtotal is less than your subscription amount, we'll alert you in the cart. You'll still be charged your plan minimum for the delivery, so load up to get the best value.
Going out of town or need to pause your delivery for a week? No problem! Click the "Manage this delivery" link at the bottom of your cart to view your upcoming deliveries and edit your schedule. Read about our flexible skip policy here.
